Dashboard
The Dashboard is your home base in PrePA Navigator — a single page that shows your entire application cycle at a glance.
How to Access
Click Dashboard in the sidebar, or navigate to /me. Anyone with a
logged-in account has a Dashboard — free and paid.
Key Features
Summary Cards
At the top of the page, summary cards give you a quick count of:
- Total applications in progress
- Applications at risk (approaching deadlines)
- Applications submitted
- Saved programs (with a Target / Reach / Safety breakdown)
- Recommenders in your pool
Onboarding Checklist
A floating checklist in the bottom-right corner of every logged-in page tracks your setup progress — adding academic info, saving your first program, starting an application, trying PrePA AI, drafting an essay, and checking your calendar. Steps check off automatically as you complete them. Click the chip to expand the panel, or dismiss it once you're set up.
What's Next
The What's Next stream surfaces your tasks in one place — both personal tasks you've created and application-specific tasks like completing checklists or writing essays. At the top, quick stats show your total, completed, overdue, and due-this-week counts. You can add new personal tasks and mark items complete directly from the stream.
Interview Schedule
When you have upcoming interviews, a dedicated card appears with the program name, date, and a link to prepare.
Upcoming Deadlines
See your next CASPA deadlines, supplemental deadlines, and interview dates pulled directly from your calendar. Events are color-coded so you can tell them apart at a glance.
Tips
- Check your Dashboard daily during application season to stay on top of deadlines.
- Use the Browse Programs button in the header to quickly add new programs to your list.
- The Calendar button links directly to your full calendar view for a more detailed timeline.
